"We were a group of four adults and one child staying in Suite 127. On May 16th, a serious incident occurred at the swimming pool facilities. My friend’s wife was using one of the shower rooms with the door locked from the inside. During her shower, a hotel technician attempted to force the locked door open using a tool, and ultimately succeeded in opening it while she was still inside. This was an alarming and unacceptable breach of privacy and safety. We immediately reported the incident to the reception desk. We were told that the matter would be investigated and that we would be informed of the outcome. The following morning, the reception staff informed us that, as compensation for this mistake, we would receive a refund. However, at checkout, we were told that because our reservation was made through Expedia, the hotel could not issue a refund. This contradicts what we were told earlier. Additionally, the hotel had already taken my credit card information for the damage deposit at check‑in, so issuing a refund through the same card would have been entirely possible. The refusal to do so was extremely disappointing. Overall, the handling of this incident was unacceptable, and we left completely unsatisfied with both the response and the lack of accountability."

"Pros: nice view of the mountains and property looks scenic enough. Starbucks and Evil Dave's restaurant next door. Amenities in the room really nice and exceeded expectations. Cons: Property is at the very end of the main Jasper street (Conngaught Dr) and is easily 15 mins walk to get to any of the stores or eateries in the town. Since parking in the town is $7 an hour with no free parking nearby you do need to plan accordingly or add parking to your budget."
