The glass-enclosed sunroom frames unobstructed ocean views, making it the perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the water each morning. Sorry, no pets.

Living space
The large family room offers generous space for everyone to gather, with coastal decor, natural light, and central air conditioning keeping the atmosphere easy and comfortable throughout your stay. A ceiling fan adds to the breezy feel, and the private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Beds are made up with cotton linens, and the in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and stay longer without a second thought.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a simple breakfast to a longer sit-down dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. The separate dining table gives the whole group a proper place to share a meal.

Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are well-appointed, with one featuring a bathtub. An outdoor shower is available - ideal for rinsing off after time on the beach. Hair dryers are provided for your convenience.

Staying connected & comfortable
The condo includes Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a 50-inch HDTV. Essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, hangers, and an iron are all provided.

Parking & location
Two assigned garage parking spaces are included - no street parking stress. Sunshine Manor is located in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach, just minutes from the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, local dining, and boutique shopping. Whether you're here for a weekend, a longer coastal escape, or a work-from-beach stint, the location puts everything within easy reach.

Outdoor access
A patio or balcony extends your living space outdoors, and the direct beach access lets you step onto the sand whenever the mood strikes - morning walks, shell collecting, or simply sitting with the ocean breeze.

A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on-site for your safety. Please note there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-No pets allowed on this property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
