The space
Located on the first floor, this beachfront condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The interiors are thoughtfully arranged with coastal decor and abundant natural light, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The spacious family room provides plenty of room to gather, while the enclosed sunroom offers a peaceful place to take in ocean views throughout the day.

Sleeping arrangements
Three well-appointed bedrooms provide flexibility for families or groups, with a total of four beds. Each space is designed for comfort, complemented by soft linens and ceiling fans to enhance airflow and relaxation.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You’ll have access to a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, stainless steel single oven, toaster, and coffee maker, along with a dedicated dining table for shared meals and conversation.

Comfort & convenience
Central air conditioning and heating ensure a comfortable indoor environment year-round. A 50 inch HDTV, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay entertained or connected when needed. The condo also includes a free washer and dryer in unit, along with essentials such as towels and bed linens to make your stay seamless.

Outdoor living & access
Enjoy the ease of direct beach access from your private entrance, making it simple to go from indoors to the shoreline in moments. After time on the sand, rinse off at the outdoor shower before relaxing on the patio or balcony. Beach essentials are provided to enhance your time by the water.

Free parking garage on premises - 2 spaces are included for your convenience. Situated in Ponte Vedra Beach, you’re just minutes from local dining, shopping, and the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, offering a balance of quiet beachfront surroundings and nearby attractions.

This coastal retreat offers a comfortable setting to unwind, recharge, and enjoy uninterrupted access to the shoreline.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
