Just minutes from the shoreline of Ponte Vedra Beach, this peaceful second-floor condo offers a relaxed setting for mornings, afternoons, and evenings spent enjoying the surrounding views. Living space
Inside, the villa features an open layout with comfortable gathering areas and natural light throughout. The living room provides a welcoming place to unwind with an HDTV and seating for relaxing after a day exploring the beach or local golf courses. From here, step out to the patio or balcony to take in the fairway scenery and quiet atmosphere of the community.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, complete with appliances for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. Start the day with coffee from the coffee maker and enjoy meals together at the dining table. The layout keeps the kitchen connected to the main living area, making it easy to cook, dine, and socialize in one space.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably sleeps six guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, HDTV, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king bed and ample closet space. The third bedroom includes two twin beds, making it ideal for additional guests or children. A second full bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms.

Amenities & convenience
Guests have access to Wifi and a dedicated workspace for those needing a place to check emails or work remotely. The home also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays. Self check-in is available with a keypad, and free parking on premises is provided with two spaces.

Location & community
Located within Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, the condo offers access to a shared outdoor pool available all year and a private beach access point for enjoying the nearby shoreline. Please note that Fairway Breeze is located on the second floor and is accessed by a flight of stairs to the front door. Pets are not allowed.

Please note: This is a second-floor condo with stairs and no elevator. Amenities within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club are limited to the community pool and beach access point only no parking at access point. Does not have a gym.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
