Living spaces
Spread across three levels, the home offers oceanfront gathering spaces designed for relaxing with family and friends. The main living area opens directly onto a wide balcony where you can watch the tide roll in, while comfortable seating and an HDTV create a natural hub after time by the shore. A bonus room provides a dedicated workspace supported by Wifi for reading, catching up on emails, or enjoying some quiet time.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen features full-size appliances and ample counter space for preparing shared meals. A breakfast bar and two dining tables allow everyone to stay connected during mealtimes, and barbecue utensils are provided for the grill. The open layout keeps ocean views close at hand as you cook and dine.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests, offering a layout that supports both privacy and togetherness. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open onto the balcony, including a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed and share a hallway bath. The ground floor holds another king bedroom and a large bunkroom featuring two full-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles, a small wraparound sofa, coffee table, TV, and games. A full bathroom on this level includes a door leading to the back deck, providing convenient outside access to the beach path.

Outdoor living
Multiple balconies and a newly built beachfront deck offer space to sit back and feel the breeze while taking in the expansive water views. A private path leads directly to the sand for effortless beach time, and beach essentials are provided to make your days outside even easier.

Amenities and conveniences
Throughout the home, conveniences include Wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, washer, dryer, and self check-in via keypad. A private entrance and free driveway parking for up to three vehicles support a seamless stay. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
