Living space
The condo is arranged across a comfortable layout designed for up to six guests, offering three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The living and dining areas flow together, providing room to gather, enjoy meals, or find a quiet moment overlooking the water. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable atmosphere year-round, and a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay connected when needed. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad support a smooth start to your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed, giving every guest consistent comfort. The main-level primary bedroom includes an ensuite bath with a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own private ensuite bath, offering helpful separation for groups traveling together. One upstairs bedroom opens to a balcony, providing a peaceful place to pause and take in the pond views.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with the essentials you need to prepare meals at home. The adjoining dining table offers a natural gathering point for planning the day or sharing an unhurried dinner without leaving the comfort of the space.

Outdoor living
A patio or balcony extends the living area into the outdoors, giving you a quiet perch beside the pond. The community pool is available for guest use, creating another option for unwinding during warmer hours.

Neighborhood
Located inside the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC) Sawgrass, the condo places you close to local golf, walking paths, and the broader Ponte Vedra Beach area. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and two free parking spaces are provided on site. All properties within TPC Sawgrass include access to the community pool and clubhouse. Guests may book their own golf, tennis, and pickleball reservations at nearby facilities, including tee times at the TPC course or at The Yards. There is no designated beach access for any properties within TPC.

Amenities
The home includes WiFi, an HDTV, washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and key home safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval and additional fees. Assistance animals are always allowed.
