This entire condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with an open-concept layout that allows everyone to gather with ease. The living and dining areas flow together, creating space for movie nights on the HDTV or focused afternoons at the dedicated workspace with Wifi. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout the year. A private entrance and self check-in with a keypad offer flexibility from the moment you arrive, while free parking on premises - 2 spaces adds everyday convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements
Three bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed, provide consistent comfort for families or groups traveling together. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and features an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each include their own private ensuite bath, offering privacy and separation when needed. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens onto a balcony, creating a quiet perch with views of the surrounding greenery.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen offers the space you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a dining table nearby for shared breakfasts or relaxed evening dinners. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker support easy meal preparation, whether you are planning a day exploring Ponte Vedra Beach or enjoying a slower pace close to home.

Outdoor Living & Community Amenities
Step outside to the patio or balcony and take in peaceful pond views. Guests also enjoy lake access via a nearby path or dock, offering another way to connect with the natural surroundings. Located within the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC) - not Sawgrass Golf & Country Club - the property includes access to the community pool and clubhouse. Guests may book their own golf, tennis and/or pickle ball reservations at nearby facilities.

Additional Features
A washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit support a comfortable stay. The property is Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, and assistance animals are always allowed.
