This two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront rental is located on South Fletcher Avenue in the popular Sand Dollar Villas condominium. This unit offers ocean views, convenient beach access, and a pool with access from elevator.

The open floor plan between the dining and main living area flows seamlessly to the private balcony. Here guests can enjoy outdoor dining with a view!

Great condo for mom & daughters trip! Clean, comfy furnishings. I appreciate (as an older woman) the nice walk in showers! Nice view from balcony and appreciated all the ‘starter’ supplies. Convenient to everything on island. Again as an older person with weak knees appreciate the easy walk to beach! Loved it and would stay again :)

The unit was very clean and well equipped. The view is not straight on but still a beautiful view of the ocean from balcony. It’s nice that there is a sliding door from the BR looking straight toward the beach. Yet if you want to sleep in the sun is not in your face at 7am. The listing is very accurate. Bathrooms are nicely updated. The kitchen is perfectly functional and well equipped, but could use a refresh. Bed is comfy, but pillows could stand to be updated (but we are picky). A TV in the BR would be a nice addition. This unit is closest to the street. Noise was not a problem for us (we have lived in a downtown high rise) but something to consider if you are sensitive to noise. South Fletcher is especially busy right now due to other road construction and grocery store closure. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Location is great, and the property is very well maintained. Super nice beach access. Some beach chairs are provided but we had rented chairs and Umbrellas from Hall’s Beach Store. Highly recommend them.

Perfect place

Perfect location and space for our family vacation. Private beach access and in-ground pool were spot on! Also having a washing and dryer is a game changer with children. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed. The view from the porch was beautiful as well. Check in and check out were effortless and the hostess incredible nice and fast at responded.

First time on Amelia Island!

Very nice location and amenities. Close to the beach and there was a pool - but not heated so we never saw anyone in it - brrr. Nice touches like liquid soap and paper towels/water/snacks to get started. Also some laundry detergent- that was very convenient! I would suggest getting a new bed frame and mattress in the master bedroom - pretty rickety bed. Also new and more supportive pillows would be nice. Great view from the deck, convenient on site parking and they arranged an early check in for us which was so nice. We enjoyed our first stay on Amelia Island and hope to come again!

Great location!

We loved the privacy and quiet of this property. Though our weather wasn't what we would have hoped for, it didn't stop us from using the close proximity to the beach via the boardwalk. The property includes a lovely, private pool. The condo is fully furnished and gave us our private bedrooms and bathrooms. The elevator was a huge help unloading and loading the car. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Well be back.

Close to the beach, well, actually on the beach. Just a short walk down the boardwalk and you were there. The elevator took you straight up to your floor and the room was a short walk from there. The pool area was also excellent and very clean and great for relaxing after a day on the beach. The property is very well maintained, kudos to the property maintenance team!!

We have been coming to Sand Dollar Villas for 16 years. We found the condo to be exactly as described. We had no issues with anything. All appliances were in good working order and we were supplied with some extras that were nice (beach bags, complimentary start-up supplies, extra blankets). I would highly recommend this property. Beach fun

We loved our stay here. Easy walk to the beach. The pool was nice. Easy drive to town. The only problem we had was there were no parking passes in the unit as stated. This was a small issue and they were very responsive when we notified them. We were instructed to put a note in our car window, which we did, and our car was not disturbed. So really not a problem. We would love to stay here again!

Super cute and comfortable

This place was exactly as described. The complex was perfectly sized, with great access to everything, with the right distance from everything. We couldn't get over how thoughtful all the accommodations and supplies were, and we truly appreciated the swift response when our coffee maker fizzled out! Both beds were comfortable, as was the sofa and living area. Loved the decorations, too!
