Take your morning coffee out to the balcony and look over the beach and the ocean. The condo is beachfront, and beach access is part of the property. Patio furniture, outdoor furniture, and outdoor seating are provided, and outdoor lighting is on the property.

GATED COMMUNITY AND BEACHFRONT SETTING

The condo is in a 24 hour secure gated community on Amelia Island. Tree lined drives run through 1,350 acres of maritime forest and green marshland, alongside 3 miles of uncrowded beachfront. Every guest enters through the main security gate and gets a visitor pass before going to the condo.

LIVING AREA AND LAYOUT

The listing includes a private living room with a smart TV, and cable and satellite television. A live streaming TV service is included. High speed WiFi is included, and the condo is laptop friendly, with a dedicated workspace, a desk, and a desk chair. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the condo comfortable. The condo is fully furnished and has a private entrance.

KITCHEN & DINING

The listing includes a full kitchen, fully equipped, with a kitchen island, a stove and oven, and a dishwasher. You have a refrigerator, a freezer, a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster, and a blender. The Keurig and coffee maker are both provided. Dishes and utensils, housewares, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are provided, and there is a dining area with a dining table.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

One bedroom has two queen beds, and the other bedroom has a king bed. The living area has a sleeper sofa. The bedrooms have locks on the doors, and extra pillows and blankets are provided. There are two full bathrooms.

COMFORT & EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

A washer and dryer facility is on site. An iron, an ironing board, and hangers are provided, along with towels and linens. Starter items are provided for the first few days.

COMMUNITY POOL

The pool is a shared outdoor community pool. It is not heated.

ARRIVAL & ACCESS

Check in is by self check in. The building has an elevator, and luggage carts are on the ground floor for guest use. Free parking is provided.

Check in is after 4:00 PM with self check in, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. All guests enter through the main security gate and get a visitor pass first. Free parking is provided. Motorcycles, trailers, boats, and campers are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
