Location and views are lovely, but the condo is in need of general updates and maintenance - like knocking down the wasp nest hanging over the dilapidated and rusted front door. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen have recently been renovated and are nice. However, the carpet harbors smells that heavy air fresheners and scented detergents can't mask and the ceramic flooring, while new, was filthy. Overall, this rental is way overpriced for its current state - it could be really nice.

We have stayed at other units in this same community that were so much nicer. We never really felt at home or comfortable in this one.
