I enjoyed my stay and the accommodations were good. I loved that the shower had really hot water. Only disappointment was I preordered a birthday package for balloons and a cake to be in the room upon arrival and it wasn’t. When I spoke to the front desk they couldn’t find it anywhere and the order was confirmed the day before. Other than that I would stay here again.

The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We didn’t like where the Keurig was located-I could barely reach it. Property location is excellent. Staff-all very pleasant and helpful.We would stay here again except they had posted a notice that they’re going to start charging for parking. We’ve never had to pay for parking and we’ve stayed at a number of facilities in Fernandina over the years.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. 24 hour coffee machine and lobby snacks (cookies) were a nice feature, roof top view was great. Loved the convenient beach access and restraunts right on site! Great location at north end of the island close to fort clinch state park. Would definitely go back to this charming island gem!

The room was immaculate and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others. The one complaint I had was check in. I was traveling from Maine and arrived at about 2:30 on 12/28. I told the woman that I realized I was early and that I didn't expect the room to be ready. She checked my phone number with me and assured me that she would call when it was ready. I got the feeling that she was giving me an attitude. I think I was right, and I never got the call. I finally came back at 4:00 and there was a different woman working. She was absolutely wonderful, and couldn't be more kind and caring!!

We have stated there several times and the decline in services was sugbficantly declined. Breakfast was previously exceptional and thus time they were depleted if foods like yogurt unsweetened cereal fresh fruit. Things were not resticked like reas cups. The helpful of staff had also declined. There was a helpful young man at the desk.

The room was very nice. I did have an issue with the paid parking. When I booked this reservation it did not say it was charging for parking. I believe it actually said "free parking".We were here 2 years ago and parking was free. I was surprised upon check-in that they told me it was $15 a day. In fact if you go to their website and look under FAQ's this is what it says: Do you offer free parking? We have two parking options for our guests—behind the hotel up the ramp and underground parking. Each guest gets one parking pass per room. If you have any other questions regarding this or additional parking, please feel free to call our property at (904) 206-5300. We look forward to welcoming you to our little slice of paradise! Says nothing about charging for parking.
