"Ease of check in and out. The amenities, and thr room is superb,,you get sleep wear ,and slippers , so comvenient as soon as you get off the plane, just a minutes walk, ambiance is really nice . Hope we had a long layover to experience it more"

"The bed was hard and the AC in the room wasn't working, but the customer service was exceptional. I picked the tower view and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also perfect because it is close to the shops without it being overwhelmingly busy. A bonus was that the limousine bus for the airport stops in front of the hotel."
