Living space

The living room is a relaxed, open space anchored by a pull-out sleeper sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV. Large windows frame the ocean and city views, while room-darkening shades and air conditioning keep things comfortable when you want to slow down. The layout flows naturally between the living area, kitchen, and lanai, making the space feel open and easy to move through.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is tucked behind a sliding door and features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a 43-inch Smart TV. A closet, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets make longer stays comfortable. Cotton linens are provided, and the bathroom - accessible from both the bedroom and living area - includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a GE refrigerator, GE electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, microwave, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. A rice maker, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and hot water kettle round out the setup. Coffee and kitchen essentials are stocked to get you started. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four, or take your plate outside to the private lanai for fresh air and a changing view.



Private lanai
