The kitchen has all new counter, cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is stocked with fresh coffee beans, coffee press and a drip coffee maker. New floor throughout the apartment. Each room has a portable air conditioner. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed, twin size air mattress and a large 50 inch TV. The lanai has a bistro patio set. There are beach towels and beach chairs for your beach going enjoyment.
