Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It was quiet, clean and good location. Note there is no self parking. The only challenge is to find the small driveway entrance to the hotel. It’s the only access point to the hotel if you are driving. Walking distance from Ala Moana shopping, Walmart and Sam’s Club. No craziness of Waikiki.

Our family likes the location very much! It is close to Ala Moana Mall and it is very convenient to get to Waikiki. We also have a rental car so we went to different beaches and drove around the island. At night, we swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub. We got the partial ocean view room and it was spacious and comfortable for the family of four. Staff members are very friendly. The front desk staff Shawn from Kentucky was particularly helpful as well as other staff members. Thank you and we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff.

Very nice hotel located very near the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Highly recommend. The hotel was nice, new and clean and the staff was amazing!
