The Arrival & Departure Lounge is located on the 8th floor and is open 9:00 AM–7:00 PM daily.

The Penthouse Lounge is located on the 35th floor and is open 8:00 AM–7:00 PM daily.

A $250 deposit for incidentals is required at check-in.

Hawaii lodging tax is assessed on guests staying at the resort.

Self-parking is $69 plus tax per day.

Valet parking is $89 plus tax per day. Oversized vehicles are $110 plus tax per day. Parking is subject to availability.

Beach and saltwater lagoon watercraft equipment rentals are available for an additional fee.

Mandara Spa services are available for an additional fee.

Electric vehicle charging is available for an additional fee.

Friday night fireworks are offered weather permitting.

Guests arriving after midnight must contact the resort front desk in advance to avoid cancellation as a no-show.

Primary guest must be 21+ to check in.

Late arrivals after midnight on the designated check-in date are considered a no-show unless the resort is contacted in advance.

Exterior painting projects are scheduled through December 2026. Periodic construction activity, equipment, sights, and sounds may be present.

Parking is subject to availability.

Oversized vehicles are subject to the higher valet parking rate.

Watercraft rentals and certain resort services are subject to additional fees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. A $250 deposit for incidentals is required at check-in. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check out.
