Room is clean and well maintained. Staff was ok, not the friendliest but average. I have not used the laundry or breakfast service. We chose here because we had a late arriving flight and we were only staying for one night before we move to Aulani. This hotel is conveniently located behind DFS and is super convenient, super close to anywhere in Waikiki.

Unfortunately, this was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There was hair everywhere! In the sheets, under the fitted sheets, on the bathroom floor and sink. The worst part is the bathrooms tub began to clog after the first night. We attempted to remove the drain plug and was shocked to see a huge mound of hair in the drain. Disgusting! When we asked for a fresh set of towels, they only brought enough for one person even though there are two occupants. Rooms are very dated with old worn carpeting that exudes a stinch. Parking is very tight and expensive. I wish i was able to submit pictures for all to see. I'll head over to Yelp and drop photos there if I'm unbale to here.

The staff was very friendly and excellent as always. Disappointed with the maid service and resort fees. Resort fees were higher and the maid service was only every other day. It was terrible. Floor was not vacuumed, we had to call and have maintenance vacuum. We stayed for a whole week and the bed sheets were never changed. Hallways/walkways were dirty and not vacuumed. Maid service has gone down.
