    The property is in dire need of a renovation. A renovation started the day I left for the 5th and 6th floors. Carpet worn which presented a major trip hazard. My guest even mentioned it before I saw it. Room smelled of mold as soon as you entered and chest of drawer. Mold on ceiling of bathroom. Carpet in room badly stained. Desk chair had two red stains could be blood?? Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Woke up with a backache daily. Did white glove check of the room and found dust. Elevators not cleaned at all and public space trash can not emptied timely.

    Staff very friendly and helpful. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening they offered complimentary snacks that were more like a meal as well as beer, wine and soda. The Hotel itself was clean and in good condition.

    This hotel is wonderful in that the staff was very attentive & friendly & the room was spotless- housekeeping is the best I’ve seen in some time at a hotel. I needed to change rooms initially because there was a plumbing problem in my bathroom, and I was helped quickly & easily. My only concern is that the beds are horrible- mattresses are very worn & I was unable to rest comfortably. It’s for this reason only that Im not sure I will return.

    Oh I had a good experience there, clean, friendly staff. They gave me a room on first floor, was an handicap room. They transfer me on first floor. Bed was comfortable. Overall I’ll stay there again, and baby had a beautiful experience, he loved it.
