Our hotel room was dirty, the hallway carpet was filthy with lots of stains, the bathroom was dirty, shower was cold. There was broken plaster hanging down outside the room window, and cracks in the plaster in room walls. Breakfast cereal was stale and no healthy choices.

This hotel is my go to escape when I want to get away. My only problem was the sassy guy behind the desk. I was siting in the dining area for breakfast. I was watching videos on my phone. He comes up to me and tells me to turn my phone down. There was hardly anyone in the dining area. The only person with the problem of the volume of my phone was him.

The room was infested with fleas … our dog had to spend two days at the vet upon getting home because he had a reaction to being bitten so many times .. the carpets in the hallway looked like a murder scene … I have made a complaint to board of health. This place should be closed !!!!

Hotel lobby and service was fine, but the rooms and hallways are badly in need of renovations. Old, dirty carpet. Leaky, lukewarm shower.

Disgusting, mold in bathroom, carpets were grossly stained, staff was friendly. Only reason we stayed was bc sheets looked clean; slept for 5 hours, got our muffins and drove 3 hours back home. They offered late check out but we left 3 hours earlier than regular check out. Honestly do not know how this hotel has more than 1 star. That star was for the pillows! Hotel needs complete Reno.

This hotel is one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It was disgustingly dirty, peeling wallpaper, dirty and stained chairs, holes in the shower curtain. And for what they gouged people during the Ryder cup it’s shameful. Would never recommend!!
