The television was out for three days, the heat couldn’t be lowered and it was 89 degrees in our room. Tech sup came in and said he couldn’t fix it. The window was broken and taped up. The shower is beyond workable, we had to get 3 people in to help us figure out how to use them.

Room was outdated , bathroom was small with wallpaper peeling off in some areas . Heating unit made noise all night . The main lobby was cold and breezy and was also the area we ate dinner in which was very uncomfortable . Our waitress was very nice and attentive .
