"We were disappointed to arrive 20 minutes prior to the 4pm and we were told room wasn't ready, there were no luggage carts as you had to walk up stairs to get to an elevator, but then the elevator was not working either, so we had to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The bathroom was tiny and had no curtain or door that actually shut so water got every where on the floor that was no sink space. They did seem to have several restaurants associated with the hotel/s. Overall it was not "

" Check-in was chaotic, with too many guests and not enough staff. I added an extra night through their website and received a confirmation email, yet the hotel couldn’t locate the reservation. Although the parent company could see it, staff treated the issue as if it weren’t a problem, leaving me to deal with the glitch myself. Parking is unreliable - don’t count on a spot if cruise guests are using the lot. The carpet is outdated, dirty, and smelly, and it bunches up, making it difficult to roll luggage. While the rates are lower, the overall experience is not worth it. Clarion do better and get rid of that carpet. No one has carpet anymore. "

"1st of all there is no airport shuttle then my wife was on her cycle and there was a lil blood on 2 sheets and not on the mattress and they charged me $100 for 2 sheet i could of went and bout 2 sheets for $20 and the breakfast buffet had food from the day before and they have not released my deposit 3 days later and did i mention they took $100 for 2 sheets and instead of taken the $100 out my deposit they charged my accout for that additional $100 "

Charged me two tens and a five for cruise port shuttle but listed as comp 4. 45 min wait in restaurant 5. specifically booked for shuttle and laundry facility in between 2 trips. No quarters, no soap, and GM doesnt give 2 shxxx about changing that according to other staff. Had to WALK to gas station for those items. Supervisor Jordi was very polite but only able to comp a cocktail and luke warm tasteless buffet bkfst. Def wont return though my impression is that he personally did all he could and quite apologetic. Ifl felt badly for him. What a mess. NOT Holiday Inn quality. Hotel was very clean. "
