We had an excellent stay. The accommodation was clean, well equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, and the location was very convenient to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend it to other travelers.

A lovely house with plenty of room for our family group, especially on the ground floor. We used the air-conditioning a few times and it was very effective. Comfy beds. Great hummingbird activity on the decks and the surrounding woodland was lush. Super kitchen with much crockery but maybe 1 more big saucepan would be useful. Had a couple of issues with electrical sockets in the kitchen but that may have been our European ineptitude! Blanche was very quick to reply to text messages. Great house and I would definitely recommend.

The home and property were beautiful! It’s spacious, charming, and full of character, and the hosts were friendly during our interactions.That said, a few things made it less than ideal for our family of 8. The hosts live downstairs and have access to the rented living space. While this was disclosed in the listing, we admittedly overlooked it and likely wouldn’t have booked had we realized the arrangement. One family member did encounter a host coming upstairs in the middle of the night, though otherwise, we rarely saw them.Despite having 3 full bathrooms, getting a hot shower was nearly impossible for our group. Running the washing machine also caused a significant drop in water pressure.Additionally, the house rules restrict children from running around or being loud due to the hosts living downstairs. While we do understand and respect this, traveling with young children made it challenging to fully relax and enjoy the space. To be clear, the hosts never complained about noise.Overall, this is a lovely property with plenty to offer, but it wasn’t the best fit for our family. I wanted to share these details so future guests can decide whether the accommodations suit their needs.
