Jeff is absolutely a delight!! He was friendly and makes the best French toast I’ve ever eaten!! The grounds are beautiful and the animals are adorable and were an added bonus. We will definitely go back!

Jeff the manager/owner ? was very friendly and helpful. The main house is from the late 1700's, the bed was comfortable, the wide plank wood floors had plenty of character too ! Nice and close to the New Hope Winery, I would definitely stay here again !!

Attentive and informative staff prior to check-in, welcomed warmly to the property and our room, enjoyed a comfy restful evening and awoke to a cozy fire roaring in the dining room area to eat our freshly prepared breakfast. The room was cozy and clean. The host was super accommodating and pretty amazing! The bed was so comfortable, and the property was so beautiful! The house was built in 1790, so if you're expecting upscale Marriott it ain't happening. There are sheep, goats, and mini horses (2). It was a wonderful stay. If you'relooking for serenity you've found the spot! Only thing is there is no handicap accessibility. , Up the downstairs is hard on a body, but again the house was built in 1790.

I fell in love with this beautiful farm, its miniature horses, sheep, Poe the goat, the beautiful landscape, the privacy from the road, & the location to Peddler's Village, New Hope, and Doylestown. Sitting on the porch rockers in the evening was so relaxing despite the cold temps outside. Jeff, the owner was a superb host, and his breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day as well as to meet the other guests for some wonderful conversations. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home the minute we drove up the driveway! My husband and I plan to return. We liked the laid-back atmosphere and the comfort that only this type of place can offer. A nice change from the standard hotel environment. It looks like a wonderful place to hold special events. Thank you, Jeff!!

We had the room right next to the barn which was so fun being a city girl. Every morning on our way to breakfast we would feed the sheep and all the other barn animals. You couldn't hear them at night or in the early am which was my original concern upon seeing our proximity to the barn. If you are an animal lover or have kids who love animals this is a really fun property to stay at for the weekend.
