Besides giving our room to a unrelated guest, that’s not with our party after we had checked in And probably the worst oatmeal I’ve ever seen. Everything was great. But to me, it’s a serious breach of standards, privacy and safety!

The parking area was very unsafe. It was poorly lit. There was only the front entrance. My grandson and I arrived after dinner, the lot was very dark, we had to park in the back side of the building, a young Mom with two very small children came up to us afraid to enter because there was a brawl in the front by the entrance. No one was at the front desk when we entered therefore we couldn’t report the incident. The yelling was loud enough to hear from our third floor room with windows closed and continued for around 45 minutes. My grandson and I were uncomfortable the entire night. We would not recommend this hotel and we will not be returning ever.

Went downstairs for breakfast around 7:30am and there was nothing except for stale bread. The coffee was empty and there were at least 4 workers not doing anything. Then 2 days later come to find out they have charged my bank account twice for my stay making me negative. One week later, the hotel does not pick up the phone and there is still no resolution to them charging me twice.

No breakfast?!

The location is great, easy to access, the hotel and room was clean but the toilet seat was raggedy and chipped. The pool area was very clean and warm. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but was nearly non-existent at after 8pm. A couple of workers scrambled to heat things up from the freezer. This was very frustrating since I was there with family which included three very small children.

Hotel is just average. The room was big, elevator fast and coffee good. But it’s right next to the freeway and you can really hear the traffic. The bathroom light is obnoxiously bright! The tv stations few and the bed and linens not comfortable.
