This is the second time when I have booked a room through Travelocity, I received a handicapped room, and then items in the room were broken or unusable. In this case the shower did not work (though the tub would have been usable). The faucet was clearly not secured to the wall and the knob to pull up for a shower did nothing. Very disappointing.

When checking in, I had to wait for a period despite being the only person there. It was also the first hotel that I stayed in that did not have a crib or pack in play to place my infant daughter in. Additionally, the elevator wouldn’t go to the first floor at certain points. I told the front desk which seemed to be aware. Surprised they didn’t shut off the one not working for a period. It caused us to take the stairs. In the end, not major problems but for the price point, I expect everything to be in working order. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend the hotel.
