Pros- room clean upon arrival, comfortable spacing in room, bed is not super comfortable mainly because of scratchy and not smooth/soft sheets, bathroom clean. The Ridge Room is outstanding and super convenient when staying at Hyatt. Cons- besides the scratchy sheets, main con was that we called for cleaning service to our room three times in one day and did not receive it. This hotel is service on demand, which they don't clearly state. We stayed for 3 nights and wanted service on our last night. Despite being told three times we would get it, we did not.
