We liked the hotel, we were just disappointed that the bar and the restaurant weren't open part of the time we were there. We choose our hotel by the amenities and when they're not open it's disappointing.

The staff is unresponsive to messages through Expedia. I have stayed here two times and there was an issue with the reservation both times, requiring extra time at check-in and check-out. The desk manager suggested that I book directly with the hotel next time. This hotel is definitely not Expedia-friendly.

The property is showing its age and needs a little tlc. Rooms not super clean and ac didn’t work well. Not what it has been when we have stayed here in the past and not up to standards you’d expect from this level of hotel. Pilled bed sheets, stains on furniture, broken elevator, etc.We expected more and were disappointed.

The ac didn't work. It was so hot. They couldn't fix it and told me someone would come speak to me about and never did. I left a day early because of it and they wouldn't reimburse me because I booked through Expedia. Also the coffee pot in room didn't work!
