It’s a great hotel with prime location for JMU events. I wish they had a more lenient policy with cancellations so that one could pay a bit more and have the right to cancel at some reasonable date. I like staying there but sometimes I need more flexibility, or the student staying there that I”m visiting has their schedule change.

Nice visit with my son, but could’ve been better

Hotel is beautiful, wasn’t a football weekend but it was DEAD. Rome was nice, but mattress was really hard. Convenient since my son lives 2 blocks away. Front desk barely said 2 words to me when I checked in, nothing about services they have available or breakfast options. Could’ve been better.
