Will never book here again

We parked and the place instantly smelled of marijuana. Went to check in and the host was on a FaceTime call with someone that watched the entire check in process. We finally got a room key and went to our room. There were men sitting in the hall on the way to our room and trash cans sitting in the hall full of beer bottles. There was a large dog in the room across from us that was barking nonstop. The toilet seat was broken. We went to request a different room and was told that there weren’t any but that if we called Hotels.com he would authorize a full refund. So we called and the refund has been sent to processing; just waiting for my money to be returned to my account. As we were leaving, we notice several men sitting in the back parking lot behind the building smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol. We felt very unsafe! We will definitely NEVER book at this hotel again.

Apparently the staff that works here lso lives in therooms on the 1st floor. My room was lon the first floor. People, dogs, kids and loud TVs all contributed to a very sleepless stay.Also room refrigerator made loud screeching noises untill I unplugged it. And bathroom door wouldn't shut.

Cheap, but a bit sketchy..

The place smelled of weed as I pulled up in the parking lot. There were several people milling around, and there were some working on there cars in the parking lot. The room smelled like smoke although it was supposed to be non-smoking and to be frank, I did not feel very safe. That said, I’d been on my motorcycle all day, was tired and just hoped for the best. Overall, it ended up not being a bad stay for the $$$, but I probably won’t go back the next time I’m in town. If I’d had my wife or family with me, we would have found other accommodations.

I’m a smoker so I had to go outside to smoke. Not a big deal but the whole back of the parking lot was filled with men and a couple of woman. Every time I went outside to smoke, grab food or whatever. The men would stare at me. I have 4 of them approach me asking me if I was single. Or if I was looking for a part. Very scary for a woman to be there alone. They were loud, drinking, doing drugs. It was like one big part. The room smelled like smoke and mold. The carpet was soaking wet. The front of the ac unit fell off in the middle of the night. (Scared the crap out of us). Doors slammed all night. Bed was clean alone with the bathroom and towels. It’s just doesn’t feel safe to be there. We left and went to a more expensive hotel.

Fine, but not great by any means

The hotel was fine, the pictures are certainly deceiving. It’s not the nicest parking lot, cars on jacks and very sketchy looking. It absolutely smells of cigarette smoke all through the building and it’s super sting in the hallways. The rooms are fine and were pretty clean but there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The “breakfast” was not good at all, just toast and cereal. It was just hard to feel safe there. When we came in, the front desk told us he was giving us the “good room” because we were spending a lot of money, and he also told us he was putting us on the ground floor so we could see our car from our window which was odd to us. I definitely won’t be returning but I guess it would be a fine place to stay if you just wanted to rest and get back on the road the next day.

We found bed bugs and hair in one of the two beds There were 3 hairs in the bath sink The property stated no smoking The halls stink of cigarettes If we did not get there as late as we did we would have requested a refund and try to find another place This was by far the worst place that I have ever slept in

The property was conveniently located off of 81.. The property needs maintenance in each room. The appearance and smell of the property as you entered the lobby and each floor was little to be desired. Sinks wouldn't drain, wall fixtures ripped off wall, holes in drywall, hair in sheets on bed, overall glad we could get out of there after a short 5 hour sleep...
