Everything was good, the aesthetics and vibes of the hotel were really incorporated into everything. However, the breakfast should incorporate more of those vibes to match the authentic atmosphere of the hotel, and the soul of the town!. The mattress was okay , should be more comfortable. The interior decoration of the room was beautiful.

I read the reviews thinking I was going to be getting a very nice stay for a reasonable price. But I was disappointed with the noisy room I was assigned - the hot water pipes or something were clanging all night inside the walls. I was directly across from the elevator and stairwell, and it was like an echo chamber. It was facing the busy street which is fine for me personally, traffic noise doesn't bother me. But the pipes/elevator kept me up most of the night. I didn't notice the little packs of earplugs on the coffee tray till the morning (whose presence told me the hotel knows it's a noisy room). Bed was very comfy, but morning shower was scalding hot-cold-hot-cold which was infuriating. I was looking forward to a nice breakfast, these stylish boutique-style hotels usually have a good spread. Another disappointment, it was stale mini muffins and biscuits, chewy tater tots, froot loops, 0% yogourt (yuck). A typical, terrible continental breakfast that wasn't worth the calories. At least they had oat milk for my tea which was a plus, and fresh fruit. I've been at other BW's in Ontario with lovely breakfasts. This hotel did not measure up. Finally, I stood at reception to check out for about 5 min and no staff were in sight, not in the kitchen or bar, not behind the reception desk. Got tired of waiting, and I had to leave without seeing any staff. Charming building, nice beds and rooms, free parking, good location, but I do not recommend.

Very easy and walkable location for downtown Paris. The bar and live music was great, the amenities in the hotel were basic and the parking beside the hotel was first come first serve, which was not ideal for winter, but overall it provided what we needed

Staff were great and our room was clean. We ended up missing breakfast so 3 stars had to be the rating, we heard that it was good though. Plan on staying here every time we travel to this area. Super convenient and a “homey”, had a great sleep.

Included breakfast was mediocre at best. There were no forks, ran out of coffee and no one to ask. The one woman that was working, wearing sunglasses the entire time, was hit or miss checking on people. Parking was awful. They want your plate and information but then there are no spots. Front desk woman just assumed we knew the streets and told us to park about four blocks away. It was fine as the people at the bar most likely were parked there.

Beautiful stay and just to say I will be back. Comfortable room. Cool themed rooms. I was in Frankenstein room!!! Elevator is decorated like the Doctor Who Tardis. Lovely warm welcome by the young lady on the front desk. The only reason for my overall 4 star is because when I tucked in for the night and pulled back My sheets there was dried blood on there. I did send a photo to the official hotel review. Maybe it was part of the Frankenstein experience?

My only issue was that we booked this hotel on a specific date to see an act that was playing that evening in the hotel. Turns out that the act had cancelled without the staffs knowledge. We ended up spending good money for an evening in a hotel and no entertainment.
