It is a very convenient location. It is an old facility, and heater/AC makes a loud noise. The cleanliness is great, and I can see they try as much as they can. The front desk staff are nice, but I found that the message I asked them to inform among staff were not shared properly, and resulted in losing personal items. I booked this hotel for my clients, but I won’t use them again for business purpose.

Excessive noise in the halls outside rooms on 2nd floor. Youths & children running up & down the halls, slamming of doors, yelling, profanity… total disrespect for other guests. This happened on 2 occasions & both times disturbed my sleep & I had to get up early one morning to catch a flight!

Staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. This facility is old and the AC makes very loud noise. Breakfast menu was very limited. There was no fresh fruit, or anything that doesn’t have sugar. The location is very convenient. I’d use this hotel just because of the nice staff and convenience.

Decent overall. Wish list: A meat option (bacon or sausage) with Breakfast. Conditioner in the shower (had only shampoo). A high grab bar in the shower and low shower entry (ditch the tub). An open outlet/ electrical plug near the bed for charging your cellphone. At least one cup on the bathroom counter (there was 1 cup on the ice bucket in the main room). Pillows are small and not very comfortable. Staff were super friendly, and the location was convenient.

The friendly professional front desk staff certainly are impressive, and the room was very nice, clean, and had a very comfortable bed for a great night's rest. The TV remote was easy to use. The front desk and housekeeping staff simply do an amazing job. I will most definitely be returning for another amazing friendly, clean, and comfortable stay.
