We weren’t allowed to check in so now I am trying to get a refund. The front desk person was very rude and asked my boyfriend to leave. He had to sleep in his car due to this as we didn’t want to spend more money on a hotel. He got stranded in the city due to weather.

There were stain and what I believe spots of food and debris on the walls. The ironing board was broken. The iron had melted plastic on it. There were two nights in a row that hockey teams were running screaming through the hallways for hours until late at night.
