The room was clean and in good condition. The telephone didn't work properly and the remote contol gor tv was confusing. On the first night some neighboring guests were extremely noisy. They didnt deal with it until the morning

I have been here for several weeks. The staff are fine and the hotel is well maintained but brantford is not a safe city to be My phone isnt working and has been hacked here. Also my t.v is no longer working clearly what is being used to hack the phone.the last couole days Brantford is a very corrupt city sadly.

Very convenient location for a swim meet at Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre. Room was a great price, comfortable and clean with easy parking and easy access to stores and restaurants. We stayed on the second floor. It was quiet, though there was some traffic noise at night. We would stay here again :)

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The curtains should be replaced and the bathtub fixtures should be also. The drain slowly starts to backup in the tub, and the water pressure is not the best but the water does get nice and hot.
