"We had a pleasant stay. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but nothing was bad either. The breakfast was decent, although if I had to mention one minor issue, it would be the waffle makers. One of them clearly needed to be taken out of service, as everyone’s waffles kept sticking and getting ruined. It caused more frustration than it was worth, and removing it from operation would probably have been an easy fix. This is not really a complaint, and the situation was more on me and my family than anything else, but I have never had a manager knock on my door 15 minutes after checkout because we were running a little late leaving. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, and we were definitely late, so I understand why someone needed to remind us. Usually, I would expect a knock from housekeeping, though—I’ve never had a manager go up five flights of stairs just to knock on my door. That’s certainly dedication! Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with nothing particularly negative to report."

"The staff members were friendly, the breakfast was great, common areas were nice. The beds were decent but the pillows were terrible. Pillows aside, we would stay here again. Clean and comfortable hotel."

"Staff is amazing from the front desk to the maintenance and the housekeeping crew. The lady that tends to the breakfast is also great. 6-10 for breakfast very good hours. Pool is small but open until 10 which is also great. Gym is small but has the essentials and is open 24 hours. Free parking not too far away. Right next to mgm casino and the museums. 15 minutes to 6 flags. Bed was comfortable rooms could use a little updating. Have stated before and will start again."
