The Space:
Our home is BRAND NEW! One level living with one small gradual step into the front door. Washer and dryer located in the Full Bath for easy accessibility. Backyard can be accessed with no stairs from the driveway or ~3 stairs out the back slider. All bedrooms, living room, Kitchen and bathrooms are located on the same floor.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, driveway, deck and fully fenced in yard. Attached garage not part of rental. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway, no street or green space parking. Reservation accepted based on group size staying and visiting in original booking inquiry. Our home is not rented as a venue. Dogs are welcome must be pre-approved by property owner, prefer crate trained and pet fee of $250 paid per dog. Max of 2 dogs. No Cats due to severe allergies. Due to zoning bylaws other animals cannot be accommodated. Emotional support dogs are subject to pet fee. No charging or vehicle washing can be accommodated. All vehicles must be registered. Trailers, RV's, Motorhomes or boats cannot be accommodated on the property.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in a great family friendly neighborhood. Great for taking walks or bringing your bikes along for a ride. A short drive the CT river kayak launch and 2 minutes to downtown Amherst. Walking distance to McGuirk stadium.

Getting Around:
Our home is super close to UMass, Amherst College and Amherst Center. A short car ride to tons of shopping and the best local as well as chain grocery stores. Too many amazing restaurants to name, for every cuisine you can think of 5 minutes from the house.

Other Things to Note:
Exterior only security cameras on the front and back yards for security of property and insurance purposes.

Colleen is available via text, email and phone throughout guest's stays.

This house is a perfect location for the Northampton/Hadley/Amherst area. Wonderful farm land with lots of fresh vegetable stands and creameries.

Perfect spot for Amherst/Northampton visit

We stayed in Hadley because we had friends and locals we wished to visit in a few spots in and around the house. Very convenient location. It’s farm adjacent in a small cul de sac of similar ranch style homes.

Perfect location near UMass

The house was clean and spacious for our group. We quickly got to UMass, Hadley, and Northampton from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and we had an amazing time! I would definitely book this house again.

Great Stay!

We had the most perfect stay during our home renovation. We needed a place last minute, and we couldnt have found a more perfect house. The backyard was perfect for play and the house was super comfortable. We stayed for a week and we loved how easy it was to get to Whole Foods, Target, and Trader Joe’s. As a local, if we ever have friends in the area visiting, I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Great house in Hadley

My husband, three children (ages 6, 9 and 12), our dog and I had a great stay in Hadley. The house was clean and very well equipped. There was plenty of room for the five of us. We will return next time we're in the area.

We attended a convention at U Mass for three days. This house was just minutes away. The house is very inviting very well kept and just beautiful inside. Perfectly located and exceptionally welcoming

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the location of this home and appreciated how close to grocery stores and other retail spaces it was. Had we had more time we would have taken in more of the walking/hiking paths located in the area. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and well represented in the description. Colleen was SO helpful and accommodating to my families needs. We know where we can stay when we have to come back to Western Mass for other family visits. Thank you Colleen!

Great place to stay very clean clothes to Amherst College and UMass

My only recommendation is that if you have an allergy they do allow dogs in the house. I didn’t read that in the contract. my husband is severely allergic and he could tell right away that there definitely had been a dog there. Otherwise great stay

Nice house in a great location

I enjoyed the stay here. Colleen was very helpful and outlined anything that was needed to know about the check in/out process. If you are trying to visit UMass with some friends this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful clean home in Hadley - close to UMass

Our group had a great weekend at Colleen's house. The home was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked as well as plenty of towels and blankets. Colleen was very helpful in her communication and provided us a guide with some fun things to do in the area. This house was very close to UMass and made the perfect place to stay to come back for a football game.
