Apart from big cities like Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, in all my travels in Canada and US I have never been charged for parking at a hotel in such a small city or town. Also the halls were noisy with what was hockey team kids running up and down the halls until midnight. This was not a quiet hotel at all. Will not stay here again.

Visited the hotel 2 years ago. Food improved a lot. Service in the restaurant was EXTRAORDINARY. However, the AC was incredibly noisy, reported it staff failed to fix it. Hotel is nice but it's getting old, needs retrofit. Staff at restaurant really good, front desk not so much.

Rude Staff, Poor service in their restaurant - took 50 minutes for one order for a single person. Required 250 dollar deposit if booking by debit card - Not mentioned on Expedia site. Extremely poor customer service.
