I had requested a different room other than the room recommended when I did the digital check-in, which I thought was available. I had requested a handicapped room when I had reserved online because my son is disabled & I was told it was the only clean one available. Arriving after midnight you'd think that by that time all the rooms would have been cleaned and ready. Also, the beds were awful! I'm not kidding! Both beds in the room were lumpy. I've stayed at Hampton Inns in the USA & they have always had very comfortable, firm beds & I've always had a good night's rest. Needless to say, no one in my family slept very well that night. It makes me wonder if the beds in the other rooms could have maybe been better or if they were the same. As for the breakfast, it was just mid. Nothing special. The Hamptons in the States are much better.

There was 2 condoms in the hair dryer bag. When my wife went to pull the hair dryer out, 2 condoms fell out with the hair dryer. We have been married for 25yrs. Wr obviously do not use them, so they weren't ours...
