The room was in okay condition. I was never told there was a fee to pay once arrived and my boyfriend paid prior so I had to wait for about an hour to get into my room after they finally found his card.. the staff didn’t know directions of grumpy well

We enjoyed our one-night stay over New Year's Eve. We missed the breakfast that was available up until 9:30 AM. I did try the pool. The pool is small and there were a lot of families with kids jumping off from the hot tub. The staff also were in there skimming hair extensions that were floating in the pool. If you're looking for a quiet swim, I suggest going earlier in the morning. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

Jets in tub kept going off every 20 minutes. I tried to cancel this hotel room a couples days before and was denied. Air conditioner kept going on. Was cold in the room. Hardly any towels in room.
