If you don't want to get bitten by Ned bugs do not stay at this location. Also on top of me paying for the biggest room which said it was for 6 people they actually charged me more saying they did not have 6 people listed in my reservation.

Staff was awesome very respectful and kind. Great location many restaurants and stores, and the Cathedral are in walking distance. The only downside is the WIFI it wouldn’t connect. Other than that I felt safe, I was coming from Michoacan and it was a good to stay to rest for only one night before going to the airport the next morning.

Traveler

Friendly people good buffet breakfast for $7.50 each. The walls and windows are thin so you hear noises outside but did not bother me much. Needs some fixing which looks like they started to do on the 7th floor. Wood stay again since great location.
