Staff was awesome very respectful and kind. Great location many restaurants and stores, and the Cathedral are in walking distance. The only downside is the WIFI it wouldn’t connect. Other than that I felt safe, I was coming from Michoacan and it was a good to stay to rest for only one night before going to the airport the next morning.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central plazas and the shopping area east of Independencia Sur. The cost of the hotel compares favorably with other hotels in the area. It would have been nice if there were more amenities, such as a coffee maker and iron in the room. A fitness center would be a big plus too. The room was pretty clean, but there was a little mold near the ceiling of the shower.
