For stays longer than 1 month, it is necessary to hire our weekly cleaning fee, with a cost of $420 MXN per week.
Entry to the accommodation requires a damage deposit, you can select one of our two options:
1) The single payment of $107 MXN
2) Withholding of $1,500 MXN that is released at the end of the stay if no damage is committed (the reflection of this amount depends on your banking institution)
