Me gustó mucho la estancia, nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en casa, muy atentos todo el personal, siempre estuvieron al pendiente de lo que necesitábamos, todo muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones, la verdad hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable y hasta sin ganas de que terminaran las vacaciones, las habitaciones con la salita y la cocineta excelente, la verdad para ser un hotel nuevo es la mejor experiencia que he tenido en hospedajes

Es un muy buen concepto, la verdad tiene mucho potencial, sugiero poner atención en una entrada digna y sobre todo localizable, el personal de la tarde super atento y responsable, muy amable, pero el personal de la noche tiene mucha falta de ética, nada de apoyo y cero amabilidad CERO AMABILIDAD con letras mayúsculas. La limpieza impecable, su terraza la verdad perfecta, en si todas las instalaciones estan bien, el estacionamiento muy amplio. Solo pongan atención en el personal de la noche, eso manchó la experiencia.

La habitación está bien y el hotel es nuevo, en ese sentido está muy bien, pero no me di cuenta y me cobraron un poco más de lo que dice la app que debí haber pagado. La estancia fue cómoda, aunque al final me molestó que el recepcionista no quiso resguardar el equipaje, aunque solo serían dos horas y dejamos la habitación antes, siendo que en otros hoteles sí ofrecen ese servicio por si aún no es hora del check out y el huésped quiere ir a comprar alguna cosa.
