I had to be moved into four different rooms because something was wrong in each one—TV not working, AC not working, phones that didn’t function, missing garbage cans, lightbulbs missing from lamps, and even a door without a security latch. The entire property felt dark, outdated, and honestly a bit depressing due to the level of disrepair. The only bright spot was the front desk staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best to accommodate guests. Unfortunately, it’s not their fault the property itself is in such poor condition. I really hope management invests in major improvements because the staff deserves a better place to represent."
