Clean , comfortable room. Pool and hot tub were on the cool side, would have preferred the hot tub warmer. Bathtub faucet was broke , but useable. Told hotel staff it was fine till I checked out. Easy check in, easy check out. Free breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Hotel staff also set me up with a ride back to the airport on check out.

Staff was excellent but the property is in a sad state. The rooms need renovations horribly. While I understand they are remodeling it would have been nice to know the state of the property when making reservations on Expedia.

I understand that half of the hotel was under renovation which caused some issues but other factors also caused some issues. We were staying for 10 days so these issues were inconvenient. Our first night the air conditioner didn't work in our room so that night was very uncomfortable and we weren't able to move to another room. During our 10 day stay the ice machines on the first or second floor were not working, they did not have them repaired during our entire stay which seemed unacceptable. Getting ice from the front desk was a bother for us as well as the front desk personnel. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't have working ice machines. The hotel just barely met our needs and hope they finish with the renovations soon as the rooms that were open were barely adequate as far as cleanliness and overall condition. I do not recommend this hotel until the renovations are completed.
