Welcome to Europa 22, a beautifully styled holiday home in Goolwa Beach, perfect for both relaxation and family fun. This thoughtfully designed retreat offers four spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The layout includes a luxurious king bedroom, two inviting queen rooms, and a fun-filled kids’ room with two bunk beds, ensuring every member of the family has their own space to unwind and enjoy.

The ensuite features a spacious shower, while the main bathroom boasts a generous bath and separate shower, all stocked with plush Sheridan towels. A fully equipped laundry with a full-size clothesline ensures convenience for longer stays.

The open-plan kitchen and living areas are perfect for gathering, whether chatting at the island bench or preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring a flatbed microwave, oven, cooktop, French door fridge, and coffee machine with grinder. The cozy lounge offers comfortable seating, a large-screen TV, and a collection of board games, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces, including a fire pit for marshmallow roasting (seasonal use only), a 10-seater dining table, and a barbecue area with deck chairs and an outdoor couch. The fully secured backyard is a haven for children, complete with a pirate ship-themed sandpit, mud kitchen. Inside there is a puppet theatre with puppets, plus a range of toys and books to keep little ones entertained.

With fast Wi-Fi, reverse-cycle heating and cooling throughout, and undercover parking, Europa 22 is the perfect setting for a memorable getaway, whether you`re here to relax, explore, or enjoy quality time with family and friends.

Please note that all bed linen and towels are included, but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
