Welcome to SummerSalt Middleton. The perfect beach house located a flat 10 minute walk to Middleton Point surf break and the beach. An easy stroll has you in Middleton or enjoying a meal at the Middleton Tavern.

All your holiday needs are catered for at this property - Nespresso pod coffee machine, undercover outdoor entertaining area, fully fenced yard with a large lawn, converted shed with a pool table and table tennis table... no one will be bored!

Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.

If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

Fabulous

Summer salt middleton has everything u need for a great get away. It was super clean, had various spaces to suit all the family- games area for teens, outside verandah with TV for adults, and a quick walk to the beach. We love it. Thank you

Amazing stay, great location, only slight downside is the pickup and drop off location of key but that is extremely minor and doesn’t effect your overall stay
