Escape to Norfolks, a delightful beachfront holiday home designed for comfort and relaxation. This two-bedroom property, sleeping up to five guests, offers breathtaking ocean views and a prime location just moments from Middleton Point, one of the region`s most popular surfing spots.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with stunning ocean views, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a single bed, making it ideal for families or small groups. All bed linen and towels are included so you can arrive to beds made up on arrival. Just bring your own beach towels.
The large bathroom boasts a separate bath and walk-in shower, adding to the home’s comfort.
The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with a fireplace to warm up chilly winter nights and an inviting space to relax after a day by the sea. Outside you will find a spacious balcony, ideal for pre dinner drinks or a morning coffee. to the rear and main entry, you will find a fire pit perfect for stargazing evenings and a large outdoor garden area ideal for alfresco dining and enjoying a relaxed bbq with the sound of the waves in the background.
Eat out at local favourites such as the Middleton Tavern or Pipi`s Café, both just a short stroll away. Venture further to explore the charming nearby towns of Goolwa, Port Elliot, and Victor Harbor, each offering a variety of dining options, boutique shopping, and activities like whale watching, heritage train rides, and coastal walks.

Please note that this property is strictly non smoking ( inside and out) and parties and events are also not allowed. Fines will apply for non compliance.
One well behaved non shedding dog may be allowed to come with you. Please ask first. No fencing so the dog must go with you if you leave the house. There is a $75 pet fee which will be payable.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Bond (authorisation hold) $500. Not taken until the day before your stay.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
