The kitchen blends style and function, featuring an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine, complemented by cooking basics for effortless meal preparation. A powder room is located nearby for extra convenience. A breakfast bar flows into the dining area, making it easy to enjoy meals indoors or carry them out to the private balcony, where ocean air and leafy views create the perfect setting for alfresco dining.

Four light-filled bedrooms spread across two levels feature soft linens and ceiling fans for a restful stay. On the upper level, the primary queen room offers a serene escape with its own TV, walk-in robe, and ensuite. The ground floor holds two serene queen bedrooms, along with a fourth offering twin bunks and a single bed—ideal for children or friends. The family bathroom includes a bathtub for leisurely soaks, a separate shower, and its own toilet, while a dedicated laundry with washer and dryer makes longer stays effortless.
The backyard is fully fenced for peace of mind, with open lawns where children can play, shady trees that invite relaxed picnics, and a basketball hoop for lively games.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
