Able to walk to arrowhead stadium, also within 20 minutes or less to downtown to great restaurants. Can’t say enough about the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay there again on my next trip to KC.

Only stayed here because of convenience to Chiefs game. Otherwise would have never stayed in an old run down Best Western. Didn't bother using free breakfast after first day. The mildew in our sink drain in the bathroom was so gross, it kept floating up into the sink. The bathroom was so small. Floor of shower was gross too. No water pressure. Couldn't wait to get home to get the shampoo and conditioner properly rinsed out of my hair. The big rat boxes around the building scared the living crap out of me. I won't be back.

Staff person at check-in was nice and efficient. Common areas, room and bathroom were all clean. Breakfast was a step above the normal hotel breakfast. Lots of variety. This as a no frills property that is a very good value. I would recommend this property and stay here again.
