"Certainly enjoyed this well-equipped property! It had all the comforts of home in an exceptionally quiet and rural setting that is close to both Fruita and Grand Junction. The owners were very welcoming and friendly! Great stay! Recommend highly!"

"Brenda is the WORST! The corner of the room smelled like dog piss. The new ownership increased the rate by $30 “to include” parking (previously an optional $14 fee and breakfast also previously a $16 option. They have taken away freedom of choice for their increased profits. This place is not what it used to be. The breakfast suuucks! The eggs are boiled in a plastic bag and then served. And they took away the biscuits and gravy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I have been staying here a lot in the last 6 months. I’ll find somewhere else now. It does not deserve the 1 star they make you give them."

"Angel & Cade did a great job at the front desk. The food staff were good - couldn't get enough of the eggs - better than at home!! Enjoyed the hot tub. Numerous restaurants out the front door in walking distance. Everything was good for our pets too. Appreciate the service here!!! Clean, quiet."
