I liked the “ranch” feel with the Colorado Monument overlooking this property - with barns/outbuildings and the neighbors cows could be seen from afar. The interior had a southwest feel, with a tall vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan, leather living room furniture (couch, chair, ottoman), breakfast bar, spacious dining room table and was decorated with nature photography. The bed was firm, maybe memory foam, but had plenty of pillows, a quilted coverlet and fluffy down comforter. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed, and was about 10 minutes away from downtown Fruita. The property owner was very responsive.

This is our second visit. This place is cute, clean and quiet. The host is very easy to get along with. For us this location is close to family and there is room for a trailer if you are towing something. We will be back.

Certainly enjoyed this well-equipped property! It had all the comforts of home in an exceptionally quiet and rural setting that is close to both Fruita and Grand Junction. The owners were very welcoming and friendly! Great stay! Recommend highly!
