I couldn’t get into the pool I asked the lady upfront and she couldn’t help me. And it’s weird that there is someone at the front desk but you have to use the video person? Breakfast wasn’t good. The eggs were still runny almost liquid. The room was dirty with broken furniture. The bedding was dirty. The pillows didn’t look good. They to were dirty

Generally, the place is fine. but you really need to fix the carpeting there. Food is very decent, bartender is lovely, breakfast is typical, staff was very nice. Did not enjoy the virtual concierge experience. What is the point? If someone still has to be up to say hi to each passing person, why not just have someone that is actually there. So no. Definitely did not enjoy the virtual concierge experience. Soon, will that become AI? I hope not. I want the actual energy of a human.

This is one of the worst place I’ve ever encountered!! Came in to the building the smell is horrible, the rooms were horrible I found blood on the carpet. Immediately went back to the reception desk and requested a refund because I was basically only about 2 minutes in the room. I’m still waiting for the refund! Please read the reviews carefully before you decide to proceed with this transaction.

Our room was nice however the smoke alarm was beeping constantly. We called the desk and were told that they had no one to send to take care of the issue. We had to actually ask for another room because the clerk wasn’t offering anything other than she had no one to fix the problem. We were given a second and the TV didn’t work.
