The property is dated, the carpets are worn but the room was clean and suitable for the one night I was there. I did not utilize the gym, or the pool. The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday, I was not informed that at checkin ( I stayed on a Monday)and even Google said it was open. The one advantage of the property is it's right across the street from the car rental rental return. For one night it was fine, not worth more than that.

Building definitely needs updating. Most of the carpet is stained and the furnishings worn. Our microwave didn't work but they replaced it right away. It was clean though. We stayed here for the indoor pool which was very cold so we didn't use it much. The hot tub is not currently available. Overall it was ok. The people were friendly.

We were informed that rooms are cleaned every three days by the front desk staff while the automated system indicated the service was to be provided every other day. I spoke with one of the cleaning staff (who I happened to see in the hallway) and asked for service. She wrote down our room number but nothing was done that day. We asked twice for new towels, only once were they delivered. There was a card placed in the corner of the TV that provided a QR code to leave a tip - the room was cleaned only ONCE during our four night stay! How do you ask for a tip without having done ANY work?!? The hallway carpets were in terrible condition - they should have been changed years ago, based on the current condition. The only employee who treated us well was Violeta, in the restaurant. She also worked hard to keep the dining area clean and ready for new arrivals. Yes, we tipped her. In general, our stay was disappointing. We will not be selecting this hotel for future visits. And our granddaughter lives in the area so future trips are going to happen.

Across the street from terminal and rental car return. Able to return car evening before flight day and walk to hotel Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Room appeared to have been updated but this an older facility so hallways show their age/use

The hotel is pretty rundown the carpet in the hallways look like it had been there for 50 years stained and filthy The rooms were OK. The hotel worked for a one night state before flying out the airport right across the street.
