I stay there every time i have to go there. They have fixing up the rooms with new pant and fixing the few things tha needed attention in the rooms i have stayed in. The staff is super friendly. Considering the peice point of this hotel and the area being a but sketchy, the room was clean, functional, and felt safe. The self parking was convenient as well. My only complaints are there was mold and mildew on the shower curtain and the room was not very sound proof as you could here everyone. Otherwise, not too shabby.

Your standard hotel, if you need a bite to eat Subways is on the property. All other places to eat seem to close down around 3pm. This is a business district. Amtrak stair is 2 1/2 blocks from this hotel. Early check in is ok upon request. There is a pool but it wasn’t open due to maintenance.

Older Hotel mostly for liocals. I choose to stay here because it very close to Fresno Greyhound, Local and regional bus stops . Amtrak train station is here. You can sit inside the station. There are usually Amtrak police to keep Partons and staff safe.
