The street the hotel was on had a lot of traffic but it was fine. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The only thing I was upset about was that their card (tap system) wasn’t working so I had to get $200 cash in order to secure the room for the night. Something I wished I knew before hand. The room itself was fine. Pillows were too lumpy. But it was very clean. Don’t come here for a quiet nights rest. Blackstone ave has too much traffic but that can’t be helped by the hotel. Other than that. Stay exceeded my expectations. Would get a room here again.
