"We didn't get our towels promptly I asked four times and didn't get them in a timely manner but they made up for it."

"Can't beat the location! Staff were friendly and professional. The elevators could be tricky with stopping at multiple floors and taking a long time because of being located on upper level, especially when an elevator is out of order. We paid extra for a sky room, but it wasn't the best view and room seemed smaller than on the photos. In future we would stay again, but we would pay extra for upper level or view. Great location!!!"
